Endless period.

I am fifteen years old and usually my period is irregular. My period has not stopped for about two and a half weeks usually i have it for about five days and this time ive been bleeding a lot. But its not thick like period blood its really red and bleeds as if i was bleeding from my arm. Also its very constant, if i wear a tampon within the hour i leak because its too much blood so ive just been using pads but its realy annoying and i feel extramly tired all the time. is this normal and is there anyway to stop it i feel like my period is never going to go away.

Go see a doctor. You may have a cyst or fibroid, or maybe both. Or it could be something else. Consult a doctor as soon as you can
