Hello,
Men can grow upto 22-25 years of age. Height is mostly dependent on genetic factors i.e. the height of your parents and a few others like environmental factors like nutrition etc. If you have had a pubertal spurt in height, the next few inches in growth will be slow and gradual. If you are having bony pain then first of all get your vitamin D levels checked.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
