HCG Levels and Twins!!!

by tuktuki, Oct 30, 2008 02:31PM
All,

This is my 1st ever post here as I have only heard abt my pregnancy on 26th Oct. I am a little bit confused! My LMP was 24th Aug and I am quite irregular. I tested for pregnancy at home on the 20th Oct which came negative but the blood test on 25th marked it as +ve (surprisingly!!!) as I had no symptoms as such and then on 26th Oct, the HCG level was 107. Today 30th Oct, my HCG level is 1045. My Gyn thinks it could be twins! Can you guys plz advise if this figure is a sign of twins??

History: We are TTC for 5 years and have conceived naturally now but I had 2 m/c couple of years ago. I have been prescribed with Cyclogist, Clexane and Duphastone to protect the pregnancy.

Thanks!
