Hair Loss at 40

HI I've been losing my hair since May, almost 9 months. It's so thin now I have very thin hair now and it's still shredding. I've had blood tests done and they all came back ok. I'm using Plantur 39 shampoo but still no change. Taking vitamins. I'm so upset as I'm close to bald patches. Had a hysterectomy 14 months ago and raking Hrt. Please can anyone help?

Yes Throid iron hormones all ok. Checked 9 different things. My hair used to be thick and straight.  Its now wafer thin and curly. When I wash it, its like candy floss..it just keeps coming away. Will look at that Nizarol. Thanks

So thyroid levels normal and iron also?

Nizoral shampoo with Rogaine are supposed to be the best I think.  Rogaine initially will cause a period of increased shedding, so you would have to get through that part to see any results.
