Health care during pregnant period

Hi, need to know the ways to maintain proper health during pregnancy period.

Take folic acid rich diet green leafy vegetables are the great source of folic acid that helps in for healthy brain of baby. During pregnancy body weight increases. For maintaining blood sugar level take substitute of white sugar that is maple syrup.

Hi there.  Welcome to the forum and congrats on the pregnancy!  In the US, we usually are seen on a regular basis by an obstentrics doctor starting out monthly and increasing in the end to every other week, and then every week.  Do you have an obstentrics doctor that you see?  They help with things like recommending prenatal vitamins, etc.  

So, yes, take a prenatal vitamin (contains extra folate), eat well, of course.  Now I had massive desire for cheese, peanut butter, meat---  heavy things I keep to a minimum usually but found that during pregnancy, I really wanted these things.  So, the usual diet you have now may change a bit while pregnant.  Protein is important for sure.  I also made sure I got extra dairy and them just ate healthy overall.  Exercise is important.   Good sleep.  Try to keep stress to a minimum.  

Otherwise, you go about living your life as you always have.  And do so up until the very last moment you can (for me, about 5 days before delivery which was 10 days after my due date) because once the baby is here, things are never the same.  Mostly in a good way---  but you are forever busy after a baby arrives!
