Herpes??

Hi I'm new here , well anyway I get this cut next to my vagina, it's a thin long cut(something like a paper cut) it goes away on its own..

I'm wondering can this be herpes? I always had cold sores since I was a kid. So i know I'm positive for type one. I did blood work nd I'm positive for type 2, which I had no idea it was 3.3 .. Is that a strong positive ?I can't believe I have herpes down there. I have not ever had an outbreak . Or maybe the cuts are an outbreak .

Well my question can it be possible that one and two are positive because I get cold sores?? Nd can the cut be herpes. Nd can type 2 be a false positive  ,

Thank you for replying, I myself don't think it's herpes it does look like it, it doesn't scab or anything. But I'm confuse because of the herpes type 2 igg results are positive which implies that I have herpes type 2..

I'm waiting to see if it shows up again and I'm going to get it swab .ill keep you posted

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be due to chafing skin rather than herpes which presents with painful blisters which scab over.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
