Herbal teas such as chamomile, mint, or gingerroot may help as well as drinking lots of water. Also heat, stretching, and light exercise. Hope you feel better :)
midol,which I have heard do wonders! But If you want to go the more fatural way you can exercise while cramping,I have heard that bananas is also good, also take extra magnesium. Drink plenty of water so that you are not dehydrated, Cut back on salt to alleviate bloating, also Heating Pads. Those are some ways that I have tried that have helped a great deal! best of luck!
