i was just wondering about anybodys experiences with the mirena good or bad

I am on my third Mirena...First one was in a year and I had a pregnancy. Second one for four and a half years and I just had it replaced one week ago. Very minimal side effects and truly it is the only birth control that I can use. I am curious...my strings have disappeared into my cervix and I am having a wierd, dull, intermittent ache in my lower left abdomen. Never had these issues before. Anyone have this happen? Think I should be worried?
I have had the mirena iud for three years and it has worked fine for the most part. I haven't had a menstrual in the three years I have had it and I don't have to keep up with the pill.
