I thought I was the only one and have been really self conscious of this all of my life. I have one nipple that is inverted. It won't pop out at all.
But let me fill you in on how it got that way, or so I thought it got that way. My Mom was an avid knitter while I was growing up. One day, she asked my brother to bring her knitting to her and as he rounded the corner, so did it and the knitting needle punctured my shirt and caused my nipple to bleed where it got stuck. Not funny, although it really sounds like it when I tell the story after all these years... I really have had the weirdest accidents in my life...
Anyway, all of these years I thought I was the only one like this! It's been something I've been very sensitive about and would never ever enter a wet t-shirt contest because of it. Well, maybe that was a blessing in disguise really.
So I was watching the doctors show the other day and low and behold, they started talking about it. Inverted nipples and flat nipples. I'm so excited to have found out that I can correctCorrect (new formula) this issue with my lefty by using a device for breast feeding. I didn't even know that I could have had surgery to correctCorrect (new formula) it as well. A nipple rind just isn't my style either...
