Depending on when she was ovulating, it seems unlikely that its enough time to find out shes pregnant. Usually a woman ovulates around day 14 of her cycle. 14 days after that she would have her period. Cramping and sore breasts are also typical symptoms of PMS, you get the symptoms usually about a week before period would start. Birth control pills can also affect all aspects of a womans hormones so depending on when she started the pills, that could be why the symptoms seem more severe now. Have her keep track of when her periods usually start and take a pregnancy test a few days after it should have started (if it didnt start)..Good luck!
