Itching hands with sickness

Every once in a while, my palms start to itch intensely and I get sick at my stomach and have severe diarrhea. Sometimes the soles of my feet itch too. I feel very light headed and feel like my blood pressure is high. This will last for about 2 hours till I get everything off my stomach and out of my bowels. What is happening to my body and how can I stop this from happening again? This happens to me about every 3 to 6 months. I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack or stroke while this is going on.

Hello N,
Most times this happens when I'm home with nothing going on. I'm a housewife with grown and married kids so no stress with that. The things I eat just before are different from pizza to beans and cornbread. I've tried to think of what would cause it so I could prevent it from happening because it is so unpleasant. My Doctor doesn't seem to know why it happens either.

Hi C, Try and think what happens before you get this, sound very much like a nervous reaction, the kind of thing some people get before an interview, stress can do this as well,
Please come back.
