Numbness

by Sam418, Apr 19, 2008 11:39AM
I had gall bladder surgery about 5 days ago and now I'm developing this tingling in my left arm.  It usually occurs in the morning and continues to tingle and get numb throughout the day.  It usually starts near the top of my left shoulder and then sits at my elbow.  It then travels between my elbow and wrist for quite awhile during the day.  I'm not sure if it's because I've been on bed rest for a couple days so I basically did nothing but sleep on my back for long periods at a time.  Any idea on what it could possibly be?
