Pink when i wipe and strong urine smell!

I have the IUD Paragard. my cycle is a lil longer usually 4 weeks between periods however its been almost 4 weeks since my last menstruation. for the past two days every time i urinate when i wipe I see pink and now I can smell a strong foul urine sent all the time. Could this be a UTI even with out pain? or could it be a yeast thing?
