SHARP Pain in lower abdomen

Last night I was woken by a very SHARP pain in my lower abdomen. I got up, the pain almost brought me to my knees. I figured that maybe I just had to go to the bathroom .. But it really didn't feel like I had to. I went anyways and the pain was still there.
I went back to bed and moved around it lasted for about a 1-2mins then I finally fell back asleep. I feel fine this morning and haven't had another pain. What do you think this could be??

BTW- the pain was just above my legs, almost like my uterus?
