Strange vaginal bumps after masturbation

I don't normally masturbate, and within the last week or so, I have been quite a bit. I don't clean up after I do either. I am sexually active, though I haven't had a partner in months and we used a condom. Strange bumps appeared around my vagina and on the labia. There itchy, but they don't hurt at all. I think it has to do with the masturbating so much, seeing as they appeared right after. I'm concerned it could be something worse, there's also been a small amount of whitish discharge or something. I haven't done anything since I noticed, and the itching has lessoned, but I'm not sure if I should still see a doctor. Urinating doesn't hurt or anything either.

Hi madison...i was reading your post and it sounds like you could possibly have a mild case of thrush. As you mention the itching and the white discharge.  also if you are scratching down there because of the itch this can also cause the bumps and a bit of swelling. Thrush is nothing to worry about you should see your doctor but you can also buy treatments over the counter.

Hi Madison, So do I take it that we are useing some kind of oil baby or sex oil of some kind, then if not this could be your problem, Do we take that the lumps go down on there own, within a day or so, or is it longer.
Question do you shave, it could the hair folicols getting court under the skin, and thats why there itching, you may find that this is because you not useing lubricant.
