Unknown Vaginal bumps?

Hi-
I'm 16 and for as long as I can remember, I've had odd bumps all around my vagina, (I don't know scientific terms, so I'll try the best I can to describe everything). I don't know how to exactly describe it, but they look almost like young-headless pimples, or like ingrown warts. I can squeeze them, but they hurt like h***. It feels like a small bead right under the top layer of the skin. Sometimes I can squeeze one and a string of white (I'm guessing dead skin?) comes out. But the bump doesn't go away. They don't irritate me, however, I think they look like an STD. While being a virgin, it seems highly unlikely. I'm too ashamed to go to the doctor for this (It took me a year to build up the nerve to post this embarrassing problem  on the web).

Help?

I forgot to add that it's clustered on the inner, upper part of the vagina, and there are "stray" ones in the other areas.
