What other option s do I have?

by cmel, Feb 20, 2009 09:35AM
I have recently visited my doctor concerning bleeding I have been having for a month now.  He told me it was a case in which my egg was never released so I was prescibed a hormone ( medroxyprogesterone) to help regulate my period and stop the bleeding.  I recently had a miscarriage in November and afterwords experienced panic attacks and anxiety due to the situation.  Last night was my first day to take the hormone pill  and about 4 hours after taking it I was awoken from my sleep with my anxiety.  I went into having a panic attack and had to take a xanax which I was prescibed for my anxiety.  I would just like to know if there is anything else that I can do to where I don'y have to experience an anxiety attack if at all possible.  Any help woulf be greatly appreciated.   Thank you.
