Yellow bits inside nipple

Hi,
I am a twenty years old woman, and since I was like twelve sometimes I notice I see to have some yellow bits inside my nipples. It’s is not liquid at all, It doesn’t stay forever, it’s just there sometimes, and then it goes away, and I was wondering what it was, if other people had it and if I should go to the doctor, I have  pictures but I don’t know how to share them because I don’t know if it is allowed to post pictures of nipples, or how you even post pictures on this website !

Thank you for your help !

It's probably skin oil mixed with shed skin cells, which has gotten caught because the nipples have a lot of hidden crevices (unlike the skin on your arms or legs, which also shed dead skin cells every day but they simply rub off.
