child birth tear.

I have had some bleeding around my  pubic hair line and around where i would wee [ sorry i dont  know the medical words] i was unsure as to where it was coming from but isnt from the vagina , i looked in the mirror to try to find out and think it may be coming from a tear i recieved over 21 years ago with the birth of my first son , i know have 7 children . If i apply cream to this area although it does bleed quite alot to start the cream makes it heal very quickly . I had stitches but they never held and the flap of skin next to the wee area healed and has remained healed in two halves for many years. The area has been very itchy for a few months now and has a pickly feeling , it seems to bleed just after a period but on this occasion a few weeks before a due period . I am 43 years old hate the doctors and am very worried its serious .

Thanks but it seems to be the fatty skin thats bleeding around that area the blood seems to be oozing out of the skin and feels like im going through pubity again  i also have very sore boobs for the last couple of days and very itchy skin around my neck and chest line could it maybe be symptons of the menopause.

A wound from 21 years ago shouldn't be actively bleeding unless you've re-injured it. I would see a dr to check it out.
