I Know you are scarred and upset but the only way you are going to get answers is by going to the doctor if you are nervous about going take a good friend with you. The doctor will answer all your questions and help figure out whats going on. Make an appt. it will help with all your fears and anxiety. Good Luck :)))

Of course you are confused and fearful.  I am sorry that I cannot give you the answers you are looking for.  Often times the unknown is worse than the known so that is why I recommend you go to a medical professional you trust to get examined.  Do you have someone for support that you can turn to?  You made a big step by coming on to this site for help.  Now you need to go to the next step and seek medical attention.  I also suggest for you to post your concerns to the professional/medical side of Medhelp.  Please let me know of your progress.

Hi caligirl200962.

I agree with thatquietgirl that you need to have a medical exam and assessment done.  You may feel very worried about your symptoms and also apprehensive about an examination, however, once you have been to your doctor and found out what need to know you will not be so worried.  You will then have your doctors guidance to find a solution and also an explanation for what is going on.

Take someone with you if you feel nervous and write down any questions before you go for your appointment.

You don't have to have had sex to have PID.  You need to go see your doctor and get a pelvic examination done.
