diet pills/birth control.. pregnant

so i am freaking out... i have spotting for the second day in a row and i am in the middle of my second week of birth control pills.... what scares me even more is that i suddenly got sick in my class yesterday and threw up when i felt perfectly fine all day before that! I took a test yesterday and it was negative and that made me feel a little better until i was spotting today again... and i know that usually the test wont work until 5 days before ur period (which mine is still 2 weeks away) I have begun taking diet pills for the last month or two... could that be throwing off my period or could it affect my birth control's reliability????

You could be spotting because you are ovulating, I know that happened to me only one month, it was weird for me. Because you normally ovulate two weeks before your period. And the diet pills can interact with your birth control, you should ask your doctor about that. And if you are stressing about being pregnant that could be whats making you sick. If you miss your period then you should test. With my first pregnancy I got a positive 5 days before I missed my period (I lost that pregnancy) and with this one I didn't get a positive until I was late.
