try soaking in a warm bath then pat dry and apply some preparationPreparation h hydrocortisone H. Always keep the area clean try using tucksTucks hc medicated pads after going to the bathroom to help cleanseCleanse & treat the area. Also you can buy a bottle of witch hazel and apply to the area with a cotton ball. Witch hazel is an astringent which will help reduce the size of the hemi. Most importantly do NOT strainStrains when going to the bathroom it will make them worse. If you are constipated you should try something to help you go without trying to strainStrains if you are not constipated then perhaps a stool softener again so that you won't have to strainStrains .Always ask your doctor what products to use if you are on any medications already. good luck :)
