hole in bladder

I had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy that went horribly awry 2 weeks ago and now am also left with a hole in my bladder due to my gyn separating the bladder from my cervix. I am wondering how this can be fixed?? I have a catheter with a leg bag now and must wear it for 3 weeks. Is it really possible for the bladder to heal itself?? I am currently seeing my gyn and a urologist for his expertise. Thank you for your replies.
