im 21 i just found out im pregnant , really nervous and scared, i dont know what to do now,have i got to eat certain foods , am i allowed to have baths,my stomack is killing me with cramps how long wil they last for.please help me.

You need to be taking a prenantal vitamin with folic acid. You need to be eating healthy. and yes you can take baths, just make sure they are not too hot and don't stay in too long. Cramps are normal, they are muscles and ligaments stretching and can happen throughout your pregnancy, if they get severe or are located on ne sde then you need to see the Dr

first thing u need to do is schedule a prenatal appointment with ur doctor.they will be able to answer any questions u may have and tell u how far along u r and start ur testing and such.but the 21-34 forum is a great place...
