ingrown hair?

Since its summer I've started to shave down there and I think I have a ingrown hair, but I'm not sure. I've never had sex before, but the thing is I got the ingrown hair 3 days ago and I like popped it and puss came out and I while in the shower I noticed another bump in the same area. Is it another ingrown hair? The thing I'm worried about it is I am experiencing like cramp like pains on the side where the ingrown hairs are and its not my period. Are they related at all?

it sounds to me like it is an ingrown hair if puss came out.
