pregnant tummy cramping

I will be 11 weeks pregnant tomorrow and yesterday my mom elbowed me in the stomach as she was falling and this morning I had to lift her off the floor cuz she fell off the toilet and she weighs an easy 185lb . My stomach cramped immediately and I still feel achy - it was an hour ago or so - what is the lifting limit during pregnancy? I'm scared for my baby :(

You could have bruised or pulled a stomach muscle. I'm not positive about anything I can't have kids but have miscarried, and it was severe cramping, way worse than any period cramps in my lower back and stomach area. However I have taken masses of friends and family to their check ups and had no problems asking doctors any questions I had lol. If I were you I would take it easy for a couple of days and If it continues to bother you go to doctors for a check up and see. But please if you start cramping or the pain gets worse go immediately. Best of luck to you!

Is this your first pregnancy? I am sure the achy feeling is from the pulling and getting hit, if you start cramping that gets worse or does not stop go to the hospital immediately. Also as long as you do not have any problems with miscarriages or getting pregnant and are used to heavy lifting then you should be able to do anything now that you did before, but do try to take it a little easy especially after having days like the last two. Good luck and congratulations on the baby.
