swollen breasts, swollen nipples and stomach pains

I have recently come off the Depo Injection (6 Months Ago) I have not had a period since then, but i am starting to have pregnancy symptoms.  I know you can ovulate without having periods, but am i just being paranoid or could i be pregnant?

I did a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and it came back negative.

Since then i have extremely sore nipples and my breasts feel huge, i also have had some white discharge (Every other day) as well as painful lower ab pains.#

This could be just down to my cycle returning to normal, but i have not had a period for 5 years due to Depo Injection, could be paranoid but didnt know if i could have tested to soon.

There's a possiblility that you are pregnant, but I was on Depo a few years ago and I got huge pregnancy symptoms, to the point I was certain I was preg, but it was just the hormones working their way out of my system.  Keep us posted and let us know if you are pregnant.  Good luck.
