New to all of this!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Tina I will be turning 30 next month . I recently found this website and it is very interesting to me. Some of the topics and questions and answers that people write is just amazing. It's great to know that there are people out there who have similar issues and are willing to come out and give advice and help people as much as they can!!

Hi and welcome to this group!

Please read my post today to indigomoon03.
I think sharing something common, makes this place more  special and interesting.
It is hard to accept the fact that many people around us, just do not - or do not want to -  understand our emotional or mental conditions.

Is society conditioned to "not accept" mental and emotional problems in people?
Or is there some kind of "emo-phobia" and "mental-phobia" going around?

I have managed to get past all this, but not before inner-self restructuring  at a deep level!

Accepting ourselves just the way we are, is probably the biggest and most important step
towards healing and wellness.

Looking forward to exchanging more with you on this forum,

Blessings,
Nikodicreta

Thank you! I am pretty sure that this website will give me support (i hope). I am finding myself spending more time on here. I just hope that I can help other people as well. Also give them as much support and advice as I possibly can because nobody should feel alone or that they have nobody to talk to. Same goes here about looking forward to hearing from you as well.
