Hi there, you may also try the Mood tracker, I found it very helpful. Beside keeping track of the mood, you can also check a wide range of symptoms and write down whatever you want in the journal. A lot of the time I need just a few words or couple of phrases to jog down my feelings; beside my own venting for the moment, I can also reflect on them later. In your case, may be you can keep track of your own swing from "good" to "bad" and catch it before it really turns bad. I hope this help and good luck.
Your very welcome. Writing is a way of expressing your feelings. It never was silly to express ones feelings through a different way. Not everyone can just talk it all out. Some people need a different way because as i said before holding in things is never good and it makes it hareder to deal with. I am glad to have helped you.
you are very right. I know that I need to talk about my bad feelings too. Writing is a really good idea, I've thought of this before, but I always end up feeling silly and not showing him. Thank you! It's really nice to have support.
If you dont talk about the bad feelings you cant get help, so maybe try to find someway to get those feelings out too. Maybe if you are unsure what to say maybe you could try writing everything your feeling down and then give it to your therapist or read it to him. Talking about it is the only way you can get the help you need. I understand how hard it can be to open up. So maybe it will help. Good luck with everything going on.
