first time protected sex did not ejaculate

hello doctor,

I have protected sex first time with a sex worker with two condoms, I did not ejaculate. what would be my chances of contracting HIV? it was in london.

would you recommend that i get tested?

I also had unprotected oral sex. would you recommend that i get the PEP medication?

protected sex = NO RISK.   testing is not needed.

in the future...do NOT use two condoms.  the friction between the two can cause them to rupture.  one latex condom is sufficient.
