Do i have a pollybeak?

It's been 14 years since my second rhinoplasty and i have a crooked nose after two operations and i'm not happy with the profile. In your opinion do i have a pollybeak and if so,would it take another surgery to fix it?Do the risks outweigh the benefits at this point?

Hello,

It appears slight pollybeak but your dorsum is over-resected and may benefit from augmentation.  I would really need to examine you in person in order to give the best advice.  Please send any additional photos you have to my office and I would be happy to evaluate them for you. My contact information is listed on my profile. You may also talk to Lisa, my patient care coordinator if you wish to schedule a consultation. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you, and best of luck to you.
