waiting for answer from HHH

Hello doctor i did sex with a gay man oral and anal,but protective anal and lip kiss and sucking ,then after two days i have seen red dots on toungue so i went for elisa and result is negative and after that hepatitis and tpha and throat swab in two months period and all are negative,and after that i came to know that the person whom i met is hiv positive so i went again for eclia antibody test on 60 days post exposure and again negative and i dont have any symptoms apart from those red dots and thats also cleared around 90 percent now and by jan 7th its gng to be about 3 months,so
please guide me what to do and what is my situation?

hi my 88days eclia hiv antibody test came back negative,i am feeling gud now and anyhoe just again i will check once by 6 months period

and  few red dots still are there on my toungue and i am not taking any medicine now and my doctor also not recomended anything and he told me to retest by 6 months period
so my concern is why red dots are not going,any std checkups i need to go?
(i dont have any problem,syptoms As of now)

2-and i am not told to my doctor that i did  oral sex with gay
is it important to reveal to my doctor that fact,and i have informed that my partner was hiv positive but gender i am not told

If you used a condom for the anal sex and it did not break, you had protected sex.
