You are suffering from the symptoms of high blood pressure, especially chest pain and dizziness. Seem like your diet control idea isn't working out to be so well. I would suggest you to get some help from a nutrition expert. That might be the right person to help you.

The dizziness is caused by the hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is known as a slient killer because one never knows of its symptoms. With hypertension you will feel dizzy and you will have headaches. If you do decide to take the medication you can still exercise and diet to get it down to a more normal rating and then go off the medication. But if you do start the medication you cannot quit abruptly you must taper off slowly. Does high blood pressure run in your family, example mom & dad? I do not know your race but some are more prone to this problem, but if you do have it in your family then it is more likely to be genetic. Genetics plays a BIG role in ones health which means you will probably have to be on the medicine. You can google hypertension and learn more about this. Hope this helps
