Your symptoms will go away, but first you have to get to a proper dose, and sometimes that takes a while.  While adjusting, you should have blood work after each dose change and keep adjusting until you symptoms go away.

Mi tsh is 500 and my t4 is 0.04, I feel awful!
I am taking Synthroid 0.05 per day and I have to star taking 1.0 in to days.
I have all the symptoms, constant cold, tired, my hair fell out ... I have 30 years and started taking medication two weeks ago, someone knows if I will get my hair back and if the pain will go away? how long it takes?

What is your FT4 exactly?  Also, please post the reference range as ranges vary lab to lab.  We often hear that results are "normal", but they are too low in the range.  Did your doctor test FT3?

You must see your doctor immediately, start taking thyroid medication and get further testing.

You must feel awful.  Do you have many hypo symptoms?

In addition to TSH, your doctor should be testing free T3 and free T4.  T3 and T4 are the actual thyroid hormones (TSH is a pituitary hormone) and give a much more accurate thyroid profile.

Have you ever been on thyroid medication?
