Outside Anal Bleeding and foul smelling bowl movements

I have persistent bleeding outside of my anus.  I had anal fissures on two occasions.  Once over a year ago and a second time two months ago.  I had left over cream from my first onset of anal fissures so I used that for the last time.  I believe it is called Analagm cream or something like that.  Anyway the blood comes from a spot about two inches from my anus opening towards my back.  It is very raw around my anus and it hurts to wipe.  I like to go in the shower after a bow movement and spray water directly on my anus to clean it.

You can use plain old vaseline for this, and use Tucks to cleanse the area after each bowel movement. Use an antibiotic cream and if it doesn't improve, see your doctor.

Obviously you will need to go see a doc about this.  But I can tell you at least how to make that area where the waste comes out feel a little better.  Get some plain KY jelly and, after you shower each day, lather some of that on the area.  Also, usually rawness in that area and bad waste smell comes from the effects constipation, so to prevent that, do the basic three things:  Drink extra water, exercise regularly, and daily eat enough fiber foods (like oat cereal, wheat bread, and salads and vegies).  By the way, on the bleeding place in the back, you can put any kind of antibiotic cortisone type cream from the drugstore on there after you shower, to help heal it up.  When all this finally clears up, in the future after you bathe, instead of KY and cortisone, use a lotion with aloe in it, put a light amount on your body everywhere, to prevent chafing and tearing of the skin, and keep up with the three things that help digestion, water, exercise, and fiber.
