hi,does anyone out there feel really tired after eating,evey time i eat whether it be a piece of toast or a big cooked dinner i feel ready to sleep for an hour,it passes after a while but it is just exhausting,can someone please tell me what this is.

As others have mentioned, feeling tired after eating could indicate blood sugar imbalances which need to be examined. However it could also indicate other things like poor digestion.
Sometimes when our digestion is suboptimal, digesting food takes far more energy. For example, if we're low on digestive enzymes or stomach acid (surprisingly common), we have far fewer tools available to digest the food, and using the tools we have takes more effort. It's no wonder you feel tired. So also check out your stomach acid and digestive enzyme production. One way you can check this out is supplementing with digestive enzyme supplements and/or apple cider vinegar, and see if this helps reduce tiredness after meals.
