hiv survival in utensils?

An HIV+ drinks in a glass, then the glass is washed and put in a shelf, can the HIV survive even after a simple wash?

You will not get HIV in the manner you describe and as has already been told to you the virus will not survive in the scenario you describe and therefore it would be IMPOSSIBLE for you to be infected in this manner.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Thanks Lizzie... hmm I did it in a different way... I'm afraid I could have gotten the HIV, because there is a man I suspect who has it (he has been a good client for prostitutes and also a drug-addict) and he has visited my family many times, he has used some glasses in my house, that day he dit it, and it's the same glass I used later to wash my mouth, having a big wound after the dentist. THAT'S ALL. =(
