Can traveling International delay your period

Hey guys,
Been a while since I was on here... but I got my last PD in April, my next PD was supposed to be here 5/25, but that same weekend I went to Trinidad (Caribbean) and stayed a week. My PD never came and now it's June 18 and still nothing. I know that I'm not pregnant because the hubby and I didn't have unprotected sex, plus I also took a prego test.. so I"m just wondering if flying can cause the cycle to be screwed up or is it just me.. This is like the 3 time in 7 mths I'm late.. and the first time in all my time of getting PD's that I'm so late...  :/

Agreed. It definitely can mess up your cycle! It is weird how our bodies are so sensitive.

Shucks, our bodies are SO sensitive that anything can disrupt the flow. International traveling had interrupted my entire body in the past (from BMs to cycle). I would think on top of your sporadic period (mentioned how you've been late in the past) and the international flying, different foods we take in while traveling, etc can all affect many aspects to our body. If you trust your HPT and you're sure you couldn't BR pregnant, there's a good chance your travels upset your body clock.
