bilateral tingling face arm leg

i'm trying to investigate what is wrong with me.  i have had tingling, prickling sensation on the left side(arm face and leg).
it all started in my face and under my eye.
i have had an mri and some blood work.  everything negative.
i saw a neurologist, he said with a clear mri he doesn't think its MS, but i'm still very worried and anxious.
these last few episode have been near and during my monthly cycle and i also have terrible headaches during my cycle too.
when i read and investigate all the symptoms from MS are there.  but could it be anxiety?  even if its in my limbs?
i exercise regularly, i'm 5'6', 132. no drinking, no smoking.  fairly healthy.  any ideas?

i have never considered epilepsy.  i have no history with seizures but i will definately mention it to my doctor.
i'm going on my 3rd week of tingling.  almost like my foot and arm are trying to go to sleep.  yesterday i had tremendous pressure in the corner of my left eye also.it felt as though somone was pressing with their finger.  (no sinus trouble).
today it's just been "asleep" like feelings in my arm, pinky finger and foot.
i'm seeing my doctor on friday.  i'm going to ask for blood work and any other test.  i'm considering a lumbar puncture also.  i need some answers because i have almost convinced myself that i have ms.  my anxiety is maxed out.
any other suggestions?

Have you explored the possibility that the "prickling" sensations may actually be sensory seizures? If they occur regularly in tune with your menstrual cycle, I would wonder about the possibility of catemenial epilepsy.
