question about daughter's labs

My 4 year old daughter recently had an EENT visit, because of her frequent bloody noses, that are extremely large in volume, multiple times a week. All methods to prevent dryness have been attempted, with zero success. Her EENT doctor ordered labs to check for nay bleeding disorders. Her levels were as follows:
WBC-BLOOD 11.6
RBC-blood 4.62
Hemoglobin-blood 12.6
Hematocrit-Blood 37.6
MCV-BLOOD 81
MCH- BLOOD 27.2
MCHC-BLOOD 33.4
PLATELETS- BLOOD 420
RDW CV-BLOOD 10.5
MPV-BLOOD 8.2
NEUTROPHILS-BLOOD 33.0
LYMPHOCYTES- BLOOD 57.7
MONOCYTES-BLOOD 5.2
BASOPHILS-BLOOD 1.0
ABS NEUTROPHILS-BLOOD 6.68
ABS MONOCYTES-BLOOD .60
ABS EOSINOPHILS-BLOD 0.36
ABS BASOPHILS-0.12
EOSINOPHILS-BLOOD 3.1
I would also like to add she is a very typical 4 yr old in behavior, energetic likes to run.. She is fair skinned and does get petechiae from time to time.  she also has visible lymph nodes on both sides of her neck on/near her veins. I don't know if that is relevant or not, but thought I would add it. Does any of this sound alarming or serious?

Vitamin C is known to improve essential endothelial function of delicate artery walls, effectively restoring elasticity. Hence preventing nose bleeds.

Talk to her pediatrician to see if a Vitamin C supplement  would be appropriate. I hope this helps.

Take care,
Randy

Hi there,
Thank you for the question and such detailed information.  Scanning through the labs I don't see anything that alarms me, although any numbers need to be taken into context with your daughter's overall health.  I'm not sure what to make of the petechiae.  If she's very fair skinned it may be that small, broken vessels are easier to see on her but I'm only guessing.  Are her doctors concerned at all?  My only other thought would be to order testing to look at the individual components of the clotting system, it might be worth mentioning to her physician.  Some people have prominent lymph nodes and are easier to see but these usually are inconsequential without any other abnormalities.  Do you have any other thoughts?  Hope that this helps!
Best,
John
