tired of not feeling like me

I am 20 years old and I have been feeling so off from myself lately I thought I would give it a try to find out why instead of taking a trip to the doctor. I have random symptoms that I have noticed in the past couple of weeks that I will list below.

Fatigue - I always make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep yet I am miserable and exhausted every day.

Headaches - every time I wake up I have a terrible headache that lasts for at least an hour. Literally every time I wake up.

My limbs fall asleep really easily. This is really annoying

Random toe pain - this one is weird and maybe irrelevant but its always my right big toe and it hurts pretty bad for up to a minute or two at a time at random times.

Mood changes - I've been really irritable and moody as well. Possibly from the fatigue. I've also just started crying for absolutely no reason or gotten unreasonably mad far too often. This is common when on my period but this has been going on just as bad if not worse even off my period.

Hi there,
Thank you for the question.  Without additional information I would only be guessing unfortunately.  How are you feeling?  What are your thoughts as to what may be happening (you know you body more than anyone!)  Have you been to a doctor about this?
Best,
John

Also I thought maybe I should mention that I do work out regularly and eat pretty good.
