Can I get pregnant from dried pre-*** after a flipped condom error?

Welp, this might be a silly question. But just last night I was about to have sex with the S.O. and he was having a bit of a struggle putting the condom on for some reason, so I helped him but accidentally put the condom on the wrong side (was really dark). Of course we realized this was wrong immediately so we flipped it and put it on the right way. I was uncomfortable with this happening so I told him to get a new condom and put the other one to the side (stupid) even though we didn't use that condom.
We then had intercourse with the new condom that was put on correctly for about 10 minutes, until when he pulled out of me and was adjusting it, it broke outside of me and we threw it away. We didn't have another condom except for the one we put aside earlier. So he put on the condom we put aside, and I waited a few minutes to make sure it was put on right and had no visible or "tangible" pre-ejaculate fluid on it from when it was put on inside-out. To me it seemed dry and fine.
We used that condom AND he pulled out of me when he finished. Could I possibly be pregnant from the dried pre-*** from the 10+ minutes before? Maybe it's important to note that the last time he actually ejaculated was 24 hours before we had that incident and I just finished my menstrual cycle and I'm not anywhere close to ovulating. I also don't know if the condom had spermicide. The more I think about it, the more I think I'm not pregnant. I just don't like being stressed or over-worrying when I shouldn't be. It *****. I do know how to put on a condom correctly, so next time I will definitely not be having sex in the dark lmao.
