I injured my penile raphe while masturbating.

I was masturbating and was feeling pain, little, but annoying, in the area of the penile raphe. I didn't think much since I thought it was because I wasn't masturbating with lubrication, until I discovered that my penile raphe was bleeding (not in abundance). I went to the bathroom and when I wanted to clean the wound, it didn't bleed anymore, but it's very red. I just asked Bing and it told me that it is normal for it to be very red, because it is very inflamed. I ask here for advice on what I should do. I know I should avoid masturbating for as long as the wound heals. The big problem is walking with this injury, because it causes me occasional pain because the rubbing of walking affects the inflamed wound.

This can happen. Go easy on yourself. It's probably healed by now?  How is it doing? Normally you just should be careful while it is healing.

Thank you for your answer! This happened last night, today it's now less red, it's very sensitive. Perhaps it will take a week or less to heal completely. I must clarify that the injury does not hurt always, it can only hurt if it rubs when walking or with my leg, but this is because it's very sensitive for now. At least today it is less red.
Update:
Today is the sixth day of the injury - it has completely returned to its normal color. Green flag.
It had a very short dark red scar, which meant it was healing, and I masturbated today (very mildly), and the dark red spot was gone, which means it was a kind of a short scab/scar and was meant to fall when I was masturbating. Now it's completely normal, so this is very good news. I will try to give it an extra time just in case, and to not masturbate for as long as that extra time, like some 2-4 days. So, it healed in less than a week (one day less).
Glad to hear you're better now. :)
