Legs restoring damaged due polyneuropathy

What excercises I have to do to restore myself after hard doctors' error which caused the polyneuropathy and disabled my legs? For now legs are active and I need to improve muscles of hip, shin and ankle and do it right?

Wow, very sorry that happened to you! Are you working with a physical therapist? You need to be. I think one of the things they always talk about is keep moving. Exercise is essential regularly. There are braces that can help if you don't have that yet. Orthotics are helpful. Relaxation things like yoga, meditation can help believe it or not. Working with a physical therapist to improve strength and mobility and regular walking are the things I've really read are most helpful.

how long has this been for you? You say you have movement now?
All the damaged I've got are more than eight months.
Yep, I have movement, but muscles are weak enough.

I've noticed that my pursuits are becoming exhausted.
Are there any meditation or yoga practices you can recommend me for my own exploring in the home atmosphere?
'any meditation or yoga practices' for "energetic" and emotional (psy) self-recovering
