Been goin thru this for a couple months now
Hey, upset I'm back but I have a question about a recent encounter I had back in August while drunk. I had protected oral sex with woman I didn't know and while in the act I put my finger on her clit and her ******* but didn't go inside because she winced a lil and I asked wat, n she said it's tight. I planned 2 just get head but she asked if I was gone hit so I did just from the back. After I took condom off n I think I 4got to wash my hands but washed my dick with my hands cus of no clean towels and used hand soap. 2days later my dick was quite a bit itchy on the underside of foreskin area. 4 sum reason I suspected hpv and used acv on the area n it was less itch after a while. I went to dermatologist that Monday askin about hpv Dr said no bumps arent hpv or nothing else but normal. I insisted on biopsy. He did results came bk negative. I went to another he said same. I ended up using tca acid on the spots and it burn the area and started takin mushroom immune supplements n vitamins. So mayb another week go by thn a couple red bumps pop up on foreskin and me still thinkin hpv I put acv on it thn overnight and while at work thn miday the spot turned into a well like rash. It eventually went away I was takin baths in baking soda and acv a couple times. Thn the weekend of labor day I noticed a bigger bump pop up on upper foreskin and later red bumps popped up on lower part of foreskin. I went to dermatologist again askin about hpv Dr said it wasn't but I asked wat is it and he said jus red bumps not std tho and the higher bump had hair in it. I had another Biopsy done at another dermatologist office but he biopsied the wrong spot and didn't get small bumps. Says was nothing infectious. My penis swelled up a lot I assumed due to the stuff injected but it started 2 hurt pretty bad later that day inside the skin tho like it was bouta bust. I started thinkin herpes a couple days later. Over wkend injection sight profound and dick still swollen and a lil painful. That sunday I took some old hsv meds I had from yrs ago and the swelling went down within 30 mins. By this time I'm scared. I went to Dr Monday n they say it coulda bn coincidence, sho them my dick nothing that looks like herpes and they do blood test but no igm. I go to another Dr the next day same deal basically but the injection sight is now painful at times and more red overnight. That night the spot now look like it had fluid under that skin when I woke up after laying on it but shortly went away within minutes. I go to another Dr n they don't want to do test and says everything looks find. So a few days before going to Dr my arm was itchin n I sratched the skin off. Started 2 heal normally but by the time I notice it again that sunday it's had that weird "herpes skin" white outline wit one blister on my arm after I washed up. Unfortunately I washed normally and the next few days I started feelin funny feelin inside my ass. Been goin on for a lil often now and after taking argenine pain became worse and feel burning feelin on ny penis all throughout the skin and my anus. Drs still telling my my results have been negative and I shouldn't worry and idk wat to do. Last test was at 2 months. What's going on and what should I do.

What is acv? Apple cider vinegar? What are you injecting into your penis?
First, if it's apple cider vinegar, that hasn't been proven to do anything. Not a single thing.
If you are injecting anything into your penis, by all means, STOP DOING THAT.
It takes months to get symptoms of HPV - you won't see those within a day or two. If you got HPV from oral, it would almost certainly be the kind that doesn't produce warts. You'd have no symptoms.
You also had protected oral. The chances that you'd get anything from that is so low.
Your doctors are doing you no favors by biopsying anything. They are doing unnecessary procedures on you to satisfy what seems to be OCD. You'd be far better off with a psychiatrist and a therapist. If there was a hair growing out of a bump, it's an infected hair follicle, not HPV.
The herpes IgM is a terrible test, and I'm glad no one did it on you. It isn't supposed to be done anymore because it's so unreliable. Also, if you got herpes from oral sex, you won't get symptoms on your arm. You'd get symptoms on your genitals. That's it.
Leave your penis alone. It's suffering from all the stuff you are doing to it. I say that with compassion for you, not judgement. You are seriously, seriously overreacting here.
Please, get some help for your anxiety. That's the issue here, not an STI.

Thanks for the response, I know it's a lot but I tried to get the whole story out. But yes acv is Apple cider vinegar. I applied tht that 2 days after the incident because the area at the bottom of my foreskin on the underside was real itchy. Almost burning like. I didn't immediately think herpes 4 some reason but I put after the 1st dermatologist said it wasn't hpv and looked normal I put the tca on the problem areas. Skin still ain't grew back all the way yet and it's been about 2 months. Thn day after labor day was now my 2nd time seeing the 2nd dermatologist (so 3rd time so far) and the bumps he saw he said wasn't nuthn but jus how we said on 1 part "its just red bumps" ik red bumps are not suppose to be on foreskin. Thn the bump that was higher thn any hair bump I ever seen that I didn't see hair in with his dermatiscope he could c it. Son after he said it's nothing major I used the tca again on the problem areas except for 3 lil small bumps I had to spread the skin apart to see he said was normal skin variation and 2 small bumps stacked on top of eachother at the very bottom.of foreskin. But far as the injection, the 3rd dermatologist injected epinephrine and lidocaine into my penis and was pose to be goin for those 2 bumps stacked (they were itchy day b4 appointment and I put peroxide on em and it stopped). But my penis swelled up pretty big after and was like it was gon bust was how I described the pain. The site of injection got red and would kinda flare at times. Kind of weird. But what's even weirder is whn i took the old acyclovir like 5 days later (still pretty swolled and had extended to other side as well) the swelling went down. Culd that mean the extra swelling was due to herpes? And the part about my arm Ig I had washed my penis and then my arm and I was scratching my arm days b4 and it began to heal thn washed my ass and inside but thn later noticed the blister on my arm were the regular blk scabs originally wee along wit the herpes pattern white outline along the rest. Thn after a few days my ass started to get weird feelin Inside kinda like itchy but not normal kind. This was all from august to September. I started takin lysine about October 11. I recently took arginine last sunday (500mg) and later that day my penis and ass started to get itchy. The next day I took no lysije but another arginine pill and later that day it actually started to burn n those ares Like from within the skin. I never felt that feelin b4. Thn I took lysine wit oregano oil pills hours later and it all stopped. Im lost because from what I read online it see.s like it could be. Smh

You didn't get anything from your event, but you are at very real risk of permanently damaging the skin, and possibly the nerves, in your penis if you continue to try to "treat" diseases/conditions that you do not have.
U speak on ocd yea i believe i have that when it cums to these type of situations. It freaks me out i do ever to keep from gettin that stuff. Dont even have near as much sex as i use 2. They injected the stuff for a 2nd biopsy at that time. And so with me touching her ******* and the hittin from the back was 15 mins so that time until I washed my penis with my hands it should be gone? Also I had acyclovir from 6ys ago whn my Dr gave it 2 me because I was concerned about bumps on my balls (on 1 of my old post) but dr said wasnt herpes but said since i tested positive for hsv1 in the passed he gave it 2 me. I never took em til this situation and i took em for 3 days but stopped after a dr that did a viral culture when I started thinkin herpes. It wasnt no open sores n ik cultures aren't too accurate but idk it was negative. My penis is still kind of burning around the underside of foreskin which was the original area of the burning and my ass kinda feel the same feelin at times. Idk what this is coming from because I experienced none of this before the encounter. My head hurt whn it sunny out now and my lymph nodes have been a lil achey at times throughout this.
Yes, 15 min between the time you touched her and you touching yourself is enough time for anything on your hands to die. It happens within seconds.

Yes but it's only due to stuff like this that I have the ocd about. Sex. Can't stop tht. I try my best to protect myself to not catch anything, especially herpes yet still end up worryin in response to possibly bein among the slim chances of ppl that caught sumthn in that manner. So only thing to fix would b 2 stop havin sex wit women idk n jus **** one which I have done that 4 a couple years at a time. So if all the burning I initially experienced wasn't herpes thn wat could it have been 2 days after and what's does it actually feel like I wonder thn?? Also u said the igm test is unreliable but it let you kno if its new infection. Ppl wuld want to kno tht. Seems accurate to me cus I have never tested positive on 1 in the past. I took an igg test at 6wks, 8 wks, n 11 wks..Negative sk far. How long does it normally take to sho up on basic hsv antibody test? For some reason the drs didn't want to do thr herpeselect hsv test w rflx n all tht or the blood pcr. Drs jus dont seem 2 care about herpes 4real. I hate that.

The IgM test IS unreliable. The CDC, WHO, Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, and all herpes experts have all said for more than 15 years that the test shouldn't be done.
My own IgMs were wrong - it was negative when it should have been positive, and positive when it should have been negative. Experts estimate that it might be wrong up to 80% of the time. Also, it's not type specific, and might react to an recurrence, not a new infection.
You had NO RISK here.

Herpes can cause sores internally, and I'm not someone with a penis, but my understanding is that when that happens, it is PAIN. It's pain that takes you to the ER kind of pain, especially when you pee.
70% of people will test positive by 6 weeks on the IgG, and the rest by 12 weeks, but you had no risk for hsv2, and you already have hsv1. This is pointless. You don't need to test like this.
The PCR blood test is useless - the virus isn't in your blood.
Doctors don't care about hsv2 because it's not a big deal. You suffer more from worrying about hsv2 than I ever have living with it. I mean, take the proper precautions and all, but your fear over it is way worse than living with it. I have other conditions that bother me more - migraines and allergies affect me far more than herpes ever will.
