Situation Update: is it still a risk?

I know I asked this question previously, but I want to ensure again as I found out that the guy is sexually active, to have peace in my mind.
I live in an area that is quite conservative.
I had sex with that guy with condom, however, there was unprotected genital rubbing where I think the head of his penis reached my vagina. He didn’t fully insert it as I didn’t let him in my vagina without a condom.
I just need one last confirmation from your side of how risky that could be in terms of HIV?
Because two weeks after and until today I feel unwell, I described my symptoms in posts before.
Also, I found out that he is sexually active and might be exposed to HIV.
Highly appreciate your patience.
