Could I have alcohol cirrhosis?

Over the past 4 years, I’ve had 4 blood tests with normal AST, ALT, Alkaline Phosohatase, Bilirubin and Albumin.  My AST/ALT ratio has never been above 1.

My last blood work on February 2024 showed the following:

AST 10
ALT 28
Albumin 4.6
Bilirubin 0.9

About a month ago, I noticed I was getting quicker inebriation to alcohol and worse hangovers. I’ve allways been a weekend drinking averaging 6 to 8 beers a night for 3 nights a week, sober during the week.  I’m 44 years old.

I went in for an abdominal ultrasound a week and a half ago and haven’t been contacted with the results. I’m scared.

Recently, I’ve noticed decreases appetite and a hard feeling in my stomach with bloating, but no more bloating than usual as I take oral minoxidil for hair loss that causes water retention.  I was also involved in a nasty car accident that gave me whiplash last month. That could explain some strange symptoms I’ve been having like dizziness.

Based on my blood work, what are the chances of alcohol cirrhosis?
