is it possible for herps 2 to transfer from hand to skin during massage

1- yesterday I had a relaxing massage the lady had one single pimple or bump on her hand, I saw it after the massage only and it was intact it did not break, as it keeps the white contents inside without leaking.

I do not know if it is herpes or not, she massaged my full body while she was fully dressed, she gave me an oil massage but before that,  she did muscle stretching without oil.

at last, she gave me a handjob with a condom. If it is herpes can she transfer it to me?

2- Also, I have seen dark small round spots on her back skin (upper leg side) only skin color difference no blisters or sores it has the same normal skin touch feeling, is it a sign of syphilis and if touched by hand are there any risks?

Herpes doesn't give you a single sore on the back of the hand. While it is possible (and very uncommon) to get herpes on the finger, it is blisters, not pimple-like sores.

If she used a condom while giving you a handjob, it wouldn't matter anyway. You're protected. Herpes would only affect the thin, moist skin on your genitals. The rest of your skin is too thick to penetrate.

Syphilis, like herpes, only infects the thin skin. If she had a syphilis rash, it would be on more than just her legs, and it wouldn't be skin color.

There is no risk here. You don't need to test, and there are no other scenarios you need to ask about. You're fine.

sorry this will be the last concern as this pimple was in her palm between fingers, also she touched my balls skin during the massage but she did not massage or rub them
Google herpetic whitlow. It's not a pimple on the palm of the hand. It's blisters.

This is no risk.
