Anyone have pain during and after eating?

I have this pattern of my stomach hurting during and after meals. The bigger the meal the most pain. Even more painful if alcohol is involved. It's right in the pit of my stomach like a bowl full of acid. Then it goes away about an hour after eating and comes back the next time. Then I have major gas overnight and a very soft stool every morning. I sometimes have a dull pain on my right chest to under might right shoulder. My doc thinks it might be gallbladder disease which is why I'm getting it tested this week. Does it sound like that to you guys? Or could it be something else? It sounds like an ulcer but my colon/endo came clean which would have revealed ulcers right? It ruined dinner out last night with my family and I've cancelled our New Year's Eve plans with my wife since I don't want to have those problems while we're out celebrating. I'm starting to worry again although I've had 2 clean blood tests, a clean ultrasound of my gallbladder (no stones) and liver, endoscopy and colonoscopy. Any advice?

Can one illness cause so many different symptoms over the course of time?

Thanks for the advice. If the HIDA Scan is the one where they inject you with radioactive fluid and then do an ultrasound of your gallbladder as it passes through, then yes I'm having that done this Friday. Not sure if my enzymes were tested. Would that be part of a blood test? If so, my blood test showed everything normal. Yes I took 2 rounds of antibiotics when my stomach first started hurting 3 months ago. The first round was to treat a stomach virus which my doc suspected. Then it went away and came back so he put me on Prevpac to treat H-Pylori but the pain continued after the meds were gone. My endo/colonoscopy didn't show any signs of HP. Which is why they now suspect gallbladder. I'm not sure if my pancrease has been looked at or not. I appreciate any opinions and info.
Thanks again.

Could still be your gallbladder even though those test were normal.  More than likely your dr. will send you for a HIDA Scan.  Some dr. don't put much worth on the actually readings of the test but they will want to know if you have pain during the test - which will tell them if you gallbladder is fully functioning.  Also, have you had your enzymes tested?  Have you  recently taken antibiotics?  It is a possibility that it is your pancrease.    The gallbladder can be  tricky booger - just stay on top of the drs. to check everything out.   Best of luck  - I'm sure everything will be fine.
