My Immunologist told me once that allergies alone could be disabling. It sounds like you could have food allergies. One thing you could do is try going without sugar, dairy products, wheat/whey/oat/barley/rye and corn products for 2 weeks. Then slowly reintroduce these products and wait a couple of days before trying the next one.... see if you have an allergic reaction.
You are very welcome. I believe your symptoms could be due to an intolerance or allergy to wheat products; maybe other foods as well and that is why my physician put me on the diet I suggested earlier. Here's a helpful link:
